 Jurelma is a dynamic and passionate entrepreneur who founded Healthy Maid after being introduced to the super-yachting industry.

Her journey began as a Stewardess aboard luxury yachts, where she gained hands-on experience in both interior and exterior operations. Over the years, Jurelma’s work on vessels of varying sizes, including her role as Chief Stewardess on a 47-meter sailing yacht, honed her expertise in maintaining yachts to the highest standards. This unique experience equipped her with an in-depth understanding of the cleaning, maintenance, and care of luxury spaces.

It was through her time in the yachting industry that Jurelma became acutely aware of a gap in the domestic cleaning sector - many housekeepers enter the profession without formal training, often lacking essential knowledge about proper cleaning methods, non-toxic products, and appliance maintenance. This gap became the driving force behind Healthy Maid.

Motivated by a desire to empower both housekeepers and homeowners, Jurelma set out to create a business that prioritizes professional training, effective cleaning techniques, and sustainable practices. She believes that many busy families, especially working parents and caregivers, lack the time or expertise to educate their household staff.
